I am working on that. With music now digital people are not buying CD's and even the largest record stores are going out of business. Record companies made more than the artist anyway. If the artists give away the music, more people will hear the music. Music is free to the public on the radio and on MTV. The artist can have own record label, homepage and sell things like posters, T-shirts and other merchandise if popular. Artists can also perform live. There is just so much music out there and so many artists that need to express themselves even if it is one kid with a computer. It is a great time to free the music. Do you have any other ideas?

Music is free! if you dont want to buy music then write your own music, if you like artists that have been advertised and you like their music then you have to buy it! if their not getting paid their not getting advertised, you arent going to hear them simple as that. Digital music is terrible anyway as an album is not complete without its artwork, an album is a piece of art not just a something that can be downloaded and deleted.
